Terms and Conditions

By joining and participating in the Sarservices Lucky Draw – Lucky Gifts Monthly Winner System, members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Who may participate

  • Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or above.
  • Participants must be residents of India.
  • Employees, partners, or immediate family members of Sarservices may be restricted from participation.

How to participate

  • Participants must register on sarservices.in.
  • A ticket type (₹1000 / ₹2500 / ₹5000) must be selected.
  • The same ticket amount must be paid every month as per the system rules.
  • Each ticket group consists of 100 members.

Monthly Winner System

  • Only one member is selected as a winner every month from each ticket group.
  • The system runs for a total of 25 months.
  • After 25 months, 25 winners exit the group.
  • The remaining 75 members receive a fixed final benefit in the 26th month.

Benefits

  • ₹1000 Ticket → ₹35,000 final benefit (for remaining 75 members)
  • ₹2500 Ticket → ₹90,000 final benefit (for remaining 75 members)
  • ₹5000 Ticket → ₹1,90,000 final benefit (for remaining 75 members)
  • Benefits are issued as per system completion and verification.

Payments & Refunds

  • Monthly payments are mandatory for continued participation.
  • Failure to pay monthly contributions may result in disqualification.
  • All payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by Sarservices.

Winner Announcement

  • Monthly winners will be announced through official Sarservices channels.
  • Participants are responsible for checking their account status.
  • Benefits will be processed only after identity verification.

Liability

Sarservices shall not be held liable for any loss arising from technical issues, delays, incorrect information provided by participants, or events beyond reasonable control.

Misuse & Fraud

  • Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the system will lead to disqualification.
  • Sarservices reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud.

Personal Information

  • Participant data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Identity verification may be required before issuing benefits.

Amendments

  • Sarservices reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any updates will be published on the website.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
